Analytics cookies (optional)
With your consent, we collect aggregated, pseudonymous usage data to improve features and fix bugs. You can withdraw consent at any time from the cookie banner or by clearing your browser storage for this domain.
On our public marketing pages, analytics consent also allows Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure visits and which pages are viewed. Google Analytics is not loaded until you accept analytics cookies, and it is never loaded on facility websites or inside the dashboard.
Marketing cookies (optional)
With your consent, we use Google Ads to measure how well our advertising works. The Google Ads tag records which page you reached on unitmanagerpro.com and lets us see whether visits and free-trial sign-ups came from our adverts, so we can report campaign performance and stop paying for adverts that do not work.
Advertising permissions are switched off by default using Google Consent Mode: the tag is present on the page but sends Google nothing until you press Accept all or turn on the marketing switch in Cookie preferences. Rejecting marketing cookies sets a cookie that remembers your refusal so we do not ask you again. You can withdraw this choice at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Marketing cookies are never used on facility websites, in the tenant portal or inside the operator dashboard — only on our own marketing pages.
Third-party cookies
Stripe may set cookies on payment pages for fraud prevention. These are governed by Stripe's privacy policy. Google's own use of data is described in Google's privacy policy and How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
