These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Unit Manager Pro (the "Service"). By signing up for or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Unit Manager Pro is a software-as-a-service platform for self-storage and similar facility operators to manage units, leases, tenants, payments and a customer-facing website.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscription & billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
4. Your customers' payments
When you collect payments from your tenants through the Service, those payments are processed by Stripe under their own terms. Funds settle directly into your connected Stripe account. Unit Manager Pro is not a party to those payments and is not the merchant of record.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including not to:
- Use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party rights;
- Attempt to access or interfere with other customers' data;
- Reverse engineer, scrape or resell the Service.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you upload. We process your data on your behalf as set out in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. You can export or delete your data at any time from your account.
7. Service availability
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, change features or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it will be deleted from active systems.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days in advance.
