Prices are from vendor websites or public reports as of October 2026. Many vendors only give quotes, and prices change. Always confirm with the vendor. Payment processing fees are extra with every vendor.

The four pricing models

  • Flat monthly fee: the same price however full you are
  • Per unit: a price for every unit you own, rented or not
  • Per leased unit or % of rent: you only pay for rented units, so cost follows income
  • Free software, paid processing: no monthly fee, the vendor earns from card fees

How much does self storage software cost?
